- Time To Pet or PetExec — built for pet groomers/walkers/sitters. Includes vaccination tracking, recurring appointments, and client portals.
- Booksy — same option used by barbershops, also works for grooming. Strong booking + reminders + payments.
- Square Appointments — free if you use Square POS at the counter. Calendar sync, SMS confirmations.
- Cal.com or Calendly Pro — simplest, most flexible widget if you want to keep it lightweight.
For Phase 1, route submissions to your email — your team confirms manually. Phase 2: Booksy with SMS reminders and a vaccination-document upload field.
